UEFA C Licence Course July 2026
Working together with the Lithuanian Football Federation, we can now confirm we are opening registrations for the UEFA C Licence course for International coaches. Coaches learn the fundamentals of coaching, organisation of training sessions, player development in youth football. The perfect entry into a coaching career. This is a pathway that allows coaches to complete the UEFA C Licence through a combination of online webinars and four in-person practical days in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Gain the UEFA C Licence
This UEFA C Licence International course has online Webinars to build up towards a four consecutive day residential July 2026 in Lithuania. While on the four-day residential, full board accommodation and transfers to and from the venues will be included.
The technical, tactical, physical, psychological and social requirements of modern football will be taught throughout the course, while coaches will learn to devise, organise, conduct and evaluate coaching sessions with the development of youth and senior players in mind.

The FAW coaching pathway offers a flexible blend of in-person and online learning to help coaches master the essentials of modern soccer. Designed to support your growth, the course focuses on developing your ability to plan, deliver, and reflect on sessions that enhance players’ technical, physical, psychological, and social skills. With online modules, webinars, and practical in-person workshops, you’ll also apply your learning in your own coaching environment. Plus, there’s no formal assessment, making it an accessible and practical way to elevate your coaching.

UEFA C Licence (FAW Level 3 Award)
The FAW Level 3 Award is the next step on the FAW coaching pathway, designed for coaches ready to deepen their understanding of the game and lead teams with confidence. This course combines online learning with practical, in-person contacts to help you build a strong foundation in game understanding, session design, and player development. You’ll explore the core principles of coaching aligned with the “Welsh Way,” while learning how to effectively support players across all four corners: technical, physical, psychological, and social. With guidance from experienced FAW tutors, this course prepares you for team leadership and sets you on the path toward the UEFA B Licence.

UEFA B Licence
The UEFA B License is a major milestone on the FAW coaching pathway, aimed at coaches leading competitive teams and ready to take their coaching to the next level. This advanced course focuses on game understanding, tactical development, and team management, while continuing to build on the “Welsh Way” coaching philosophy. Through a structured mix of online learning, live webinars, and immersive in-person sessions, you'll refine your ability to analyze performance, design effective game models, and lead players through high-level training environments. With hands-on support from expert FAW tutors, the UEFA B Licence prepares you to confidently coach at advanced youth and senior levels.
