Terms & Conditions

By registering for the Coachbetter x FAW Coach Education Pathway, you agree to the following terms:

‍1. Payment Terms & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your place in the course.
• The remaining course fee must be paid according to the payment plan provided upon registration.
• The final certificate/diploma will only be issued once the full course fee has been paid.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• In case of cancellation by the participant, the course fee (excluding the non-refundable deposit and any transaction/bank fees) will be refunded, provided that notice is given before the course starts.
• No refunds will be issued after the course has commenced.
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the course coordinator.

3. Changes to Subscription or Payment Plan

• Participants may request to change their subscription or payment plan. Adjustments will be made at the next available instalment, based on availability and course timelines.
• If a participant wishes to change the payment account or card, they must inform the course coordinator in advance. Changes will be reflected in the next billing cycle.

4. Long-Term Payment Obligations

• Some course payment plans may include long-term commitments (e.g., 18+ months instalments). Participants and/or payers must ensure that sufficient funds are available in the associated account(s) to meet all scheduled payments.
• It is the participant's responsibility to ensure continuity of payments. Missed payments may result in a hold on course access or certification.

5. Non-Payment Policy

• If payment obligations are not met, Coachbetter reserves the right to withhold the final certificate or diploma until all outstanding fees have been paid in full.

6. Agreement

‍By enrolling in the course, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.For any questions or adjustments, please contact your course coordinator directly.
