We are seeking a Video Production & Marketing Manager with a background in soccer to join Coachbetter, a swiss-based start-up with ambitious growth goals. As a part of our SaaS-company in the football industry with big customers like Borussia Dortmund or the bavarian football federation and clients from the US, UK, Europe, and the Middle East, you will be responsible for the development and execution of our video production and post-production. Coachbetter is a sporttech startup, united by the love of football and the mission to make digital and professional solutions available for every coach, no matter what level of performance. We believe that good coaching can take players where they can't go on their own.
Responibilities
Concepts & Scripts
With your creative thinking, you develop video concepts, scripts and screenplays for our target groups of players, coaches, clubs and investors.
Strategy & Collaboration
You work closely with our content team to create moving images that are tailored to the respective communication strategy.
Production & Channels
You master the creation and production of video content for all channels, especially YouTube, Instagram and our app.
Post-production & Editing
You are responsible for the post-production and editing of our content.
Performance & Improvement
You review and analyze the performance of the videos and improve our video formats accordingly.
Requirements
You have professional experience in video production and creation
You have (advanced) knowledge in video editing and post-production with Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop
You have a good eye for modern and digital video content and a sense for current trends
You like to dare the unusual and have the courage to try out new things
You understand how titles and thumbnails can influence the performance of a YouTube video
You are fluent in written and spoken English and German
