Team conflict competence – the coach leads the way - 2026

Lead with clarity and turn conflict into a driver of team performance. Learn how to build strong teams, establish a constructive conflict culture, and lead leadership groups effectively – through a flexible, fully digital learning experience designed for modern coaches. Requirements: This course is open to all interested coaches and practitioners, regardless of their current level or background, and can be used for coaching license renewal in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Lithuanian Football Federation.

All you need to know about the Team conflict competence – the coach leads the way course

Target group

This course is designed for coaches and practitioners at all levels who want to further develop their skills in modern football. It is also ideal for coaches seeking to use the course as part of their coaching license renewal in line with the regulations of the Lithuanian Football Federation.

Continuous Professional Development (CPD)

The Lithuanian Football Federation will support the ongoing development of our coaches through our CPD programme. This CPD will enable all coaches at UEFA Licence level of the Coach Education Pathway to ensure the validity of their UEFA coaching licence is maintained.

Requirements

This course is open to all interested coaches and practitioners, regardless of their current level or background, and can be used for coaching license renewal in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Lithuanian Football Federation.
