Anouschka Bernhard relies on digital solutions and an innovative approach to coaching and talent development. With coachbetter, internal communication and planning can be organized efficiently and the development of each player can be accompanied optimally.
The Perfect Combination: Experience and a Digital Vision
Since January 2021, Anouschka Bernhard has been responsible for talent scouting and talent development in the women's and girls' areas of the SHFV, including all junior selection teams from U11 to U18. Her successes should be an additional motivation for the young coaches and players. Anouschka Bernhard is a 47-time German national player and the list of her successes is long: European Champion and runner-up at the World Cup in 1995, as well as every title to be won at club level.
Promoting Talent
In addition to promoting talent, she also enriches the training and further education of coaches with her qualities. In 2021, the first coach B license course for women only took place with 22 participants. For Anouschka Bernhard, it is important to integrate the most modern and digital tools into coach education and talent development. In particular, internal communication and the sharing of prepared training units are extremely important to her with a team of 20 coaches.

Optimal training preparation through fast and digital communication
Through coachbetter, all coaches and people in charge are networked and can exchange information on sporting and administrative topics of all teams. This means that the planned training can be shared with all coaches in advance on the platform. At the same time, the units can be communicated with the players via the coachbetter app so that they are also optimally prepared for the training.
Before the sessions are shared internally, the coaches can choose from more than 700 exercises and adapt their training individually to the performance level of their team. Exercises come mainly from the areas of technique, tactics and fitness. coachbetter also offers training packages for all age groups with different focuses in order to prepare and carry out optimal training even under time pressure.
Through the team management, the development of all 5 squad teams and individual players can be tracked. In individual player profiles each player in the squad can be created in coachbetter. In the respective profiles the development of the players can be transparently tracked. Each player (or parent) has access to his or her profile via coachbetter app; this enables an efficient feedback culture and good training preparation. In addition, the app offers the possibility to communicate attendances and absences.
