Through coachbetter and its features the communication among us coaches but also with the players has been significantly improved.
Our coaches are the key to everything. They are the ones who develop our bases, squad teams and every player. We want to give all coaches a tool that supports them in their daily tasks and makes their work easier.
We wanted to go digital, try something new, something better, we wanted to be innovative and work with an app that makes everyday life easier for coaches.
With coachbetter and the Club Solution, we are able to do that. I would have liked to have a solution like coachbetter when I was a club trainer.
Through coachbetter's federation solution, 18 teams are linked together
The Schleswig-Holstein Football Association (SHFV) is one of the 21 state associations of the German Football Association (DFB), and is thus part of the largest sports association in the world. In coach education, but also in the development, support, and administration of the total of 18 squad teams and bases, more and more emphasis is being placed on the integration of digital solutions.
A fitting digital solution
For a long time, the SHFV had been looking for a digital solution that would meet the high demands of the association. In addition to the internal networking of the coaches, the software should offer all responsible persons the possibility to have a complete overview of all squad teams, their development and training contents at any time. At the same time, user-friendliness was an important criterion in the decision for coachbetter. The versatility of coachbetter also shows in its use within the SHFV. We feel the will and the desire of everyone involved, whether player, coach or from the people in charge, to develop the SHFV further, to make it better and more innovative.

Team Management
The team management allows the development of all 18 teams and the individual players to be tracked, easily and transparently. No data is lost, even if the coach changes.
Communication
Through coachbetter, all coaches and managers are connected and can exchange information on sporting and administrative topics of all teams. This means that the planned training can be shared with the responsible persons and players in advance via the platform and player app.
Training planning
The coaches can choose from hundreds of exercises and adapt their practice individually to the performance level of their team. Exercises come mainly from the areas of technique, tactics and fitness. Coachbetter also offers training packages for all age groups with different focuses in order to provide optimal training even under time pressure.
Player profiles
In individual player profiles, each player can be created in the squad in coachbetter. In the respective profiles, the development of the players can be transparently tracked. Each player (or parent) has access to his or her profile via the coachbetter app; this enables an efficient feedback culture and good training preparation. In addition, the app offers the possibility to communicate attendance and absences.
Video analysis
Through this feature, individual sequences of a match or training can be analyzed and shared directly with the player via his/her profile. This way, no beautiful goal is lost anymore.
Data analysis and maintenance of statistics
Coachbetter allows an overview of all performed training sessions and completed matches for a transparent overview and robust data analysis.
