Our goal is to be well-positioned in the junior ranks and to give local and regional talent the chance to make it into professional soccer.
The development of our players is our top priority. We use coachbetter to closely monitor the development of our talents via the player profile. At the same time, we provide our coaches with a tool that helps them to continuously develop and ensures high-quality training.

Targeted talent development through coachbetter's player profile
The Sportvereinigung Ried was founded on May 5, 1912 and has been an established Austrian Bundesliga club for over 20 years with the highest possible sporting goals and financial security. SV Guntamatic Ried stands for stability, tradition, community and reliable economic management. SV Guntamatic Ried is committed to being a youth development club. With a competitive team, the amateurs, as well as numerous youth teams, the club is broadly positioned. Around 300 children are trained and coached in the heart of the club, its own academy.
In individual player profiles, each player of the team can be created in coachbetter. The development of the players can be transparently tracked in the respective profiles, ensuring an efficient feedback culture. Coachbetter provides an overview of all player data to support and manage their development. With just a few clicks, a match day or a training session can be documented and edited. Important data, notes and retrospectives can be accessed at any time - no data is lost, even if a coach leaves the club. Performance data can be determined individually for robust data analysis and a development plan.

At SV Guntamatic Ried, all 10 teams of the youth department were created in the system by the coachbetter team within only one week. Afterwards, during two online meetings with all coaches and people in charge, the platform and the app for players and parents were presented in detail and discussed with many examples, so that nothing stands in the way of a good start with coachbetter.

In addition to the multifaceted functions of Coachbetter, it is primarily used at SV Guntamatic Ried to foster the development of players. An important basic prerequisite for this is good training. Especially in the planning Coachbetter provides support in the following areas:
Training Planning
Coaches can choose from hundreds of exercises and adapt their training individually to the performance level of their team. Exercises come mainly from the areas of technique, tactics and fitness. coachbetter also offers training packages for all age groups with different focal points to ensure optimal training even under time pressure. The information can then be shared with all those responsible and involved - via the app, social media or even printed out on the pitch.
Draw and Create Practices
Coaches can draw their own exercises directly in the platform or transfer them to the platform. These can then be used by anyone. This creates an individual platform in the spirit of SV Guntamatic Ried and its training philosophy.
App for Players and Parents
The app for players and parents really brings out the full added value of Coachbetter. Players, parents and coaches have access to simple and intuitive planning of events as well as match and training availability of the player and much more. This allows for cohesive communication throughout the club - from club management to coaches to players and parents with the player app. At the older level, U12 and up, this is handled by the players themselves; at the younger level, these tasks are handled by the parents.
