As part of the digital strategy and to ensure topclass coaching and education, the academy was looking for a digital solution that allows management to engage with its coaches and to communicate with players to satisfy both, the development of coaches and the pathway of players to professional football.

At Lusail Football Academy, coaches from all over the world with different coaching styles are brought together to develop their players on and off the pitch. As common ground, a syllabus is created in coachbetter, which allows every coach to be on top of their responsibilities through weekly newsletters and information sharing. Further, in the syllabus, coaches can design and create training sessions according to the development plan of their players.
