About the role
We’re looking for a B2B Growth Marketer who can build, test, and scale the acquisition engine for our SaaS platform. You will own the B2B demand generation strategy across paid, organic, email, content, and funnel optimization. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on revenue, pipeline creation, and GTM strategy. You should be equal parts strategic and hands-on, combining creativity with strong analytical instincts. You’ll partner closely with Sales, CS, Product, and Leadership to generate predictable, scalable pipeline.
Responibilities
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
Building, executing, and optimizing multi-channel B2B acquisition campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, outbound enablement, retargeting). Managing the full funnel from MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Revenue. Launching nurture flows and automated lifecycle campaigns. Testing new channels rapidly and scale the ones that work.
Growth & Funnel Optimization
Improve conversion across websites, landing pages, onboarding flows, and email campaigns. Partner with CS and Product to test activation and retention loops.
Content & Thought Leadership Engine
Oversee creation of high-value content: case studies, guides, webinars, playbooks, industry reports. Develop SEO strategy and keyword roadmap. Build content and positioning to support sales: one-pagers, sequences, templates, battlecards.
Sales Alignment & Revenue Collaboration
Sync regularly with Sales to define ICP, messaging, and qualification criteria. Build outbound support assets (prospecting kits, scripts, email sequences). Ensure feedback loops are tight between marketing → sales → customer success.
Marketing Operations & Analytics
Own attribution models, dashboards, and campaign performance reporting. Maintain clean CRM/marketing automation systems. Assist in tracking and analyzing key SaaS marketing metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC), providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement. Support the planning and execution of our participation in industry events, webinars and conferences.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand gen, or marketing.
Proven track record in scaling SQL pipeline with measurable results.
Hands-on experience with paid performance channels (LinkedIn Ads, Search).
Experience building multi-touch nurture flows.
Excellent written communication and ability to produce or manage content.
Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
Experience supporting an outbound BDR team and familiarity with CRM systems
Website optimization and landing page testing (nice to have)
