Purpose & Scope

As Business Development Manager, you’ll drive the acquisition and retention of B2B customers in the US. For bigger football clubs you act as Account Manager that ensures a smooth onboarding and adaption of our solutions and provides ongoing support.

We have the ambition to build a data-driven, cross-functional and streamlined approach to provide the greatest experience in each stage of the customer lifecycle. This involves a close collaboration between our marketing, sales, customer experience, content creation and product development teams. We work incredibly hard for our customers and deeply believe to have a profound impact on the technical and personal development of coaches & players.

Your skills

What tasks you'll drive

to help us grow

Lead generation

Give your creativity room to come up with innovative lead generation campaigns. Further, perform contact research to identify club/organisation decision makers

Lead activation

Reach out to your identified prospects and other leads that were generated through our marketing activities

Lead conversion

Conduct webinars and sales meetings with the aim of selling coachbetter products and create brand awareness

Customer retention

Act as the point of contact for our customers and support them in the onboarding, adaption and use of our products. Identify and utilise up- & cross-selling potential

CRM administration

Create key sales documents (offers, contracts & invoices), track customer information and interactions in our CRM system

Strategic partnerships

Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with big clubs, academies, associations / federations and suppliers of complementary products

Cross-functional collaboration

Share your insights and customer feedback with our marketing, sales, customer service and development teams to continuously enhance our offering

Your skills

What you'll bring in

to strengthen our Team

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a sales role
  • You are a natural communicator and keen listener that loves to build new relationships. You are confident in communicating and negotiating with high-level club management
  • You are a result-oriented, independent and ambitious person that is keen to exceed his/her sales targets.
  • Integrity and loyalty - You are the face of our company and act in a way that best represents and corresponds with our culture and core values
  • You are a persistent person that doesn't take "no" for an answer and with your thick skin you can deal with customer rejection
  • To communicate at eye level with our customers you ideally have a past as a football player or coach.

You are a native English speaker (additional languages in particular german are a +)
